Yes, we contact all customers via SMS, email and telephone to arrange a convenient delivery day.
All customers will be contacted the working day prior to delivery day and given a three hour timeslot. The delivery team will also call 30-60 minutes prior to arrival.
All items are taken to the customer’s room of choice, unwrapped and if assembling/installation is required we can carry this out also. Once the delivery has been made all packaging will be removed and recycled where possible. We can also carry out a simple room of choice service if this is required.
Yes, we can remove old beds, upholstery and furniture if this is required. All old items removed are recycled where possible.

No, all deliveries in our area are made by our own uniformed staff.
Our fleet consists of modern 3.5t and 7.5t high-capacity vehicles. We also have vehicles up to 18t ideal for full loads and collecting from suppliers/retailers.
Yes, we have a varied range of clients with all different reasons for outsourcing their deliveries. From a small retailer that we do a few orders a month for as the area is not economical for them to reach, to companies where we are their whole transport department.
We have a bespoke transport system for track and trace facilities and you are also able to upload orders via a link via API or CSV files.
Once a delivery is completed the customer is asked to fill in a brief questionnaire and our delivery teams will take photos of the items in situ. The photos and POD are instantly available to view online once the job has been completed.
We can offer both, we can collect all orders for onward delivery or products can be delivered into our warehouses in West Sussex and/or Cumbria.
