Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by the retailer whom you purchased a product from this information is used to:

• Facilitate our contractual obligation of delivering your items to you.
• Provide training for our staff.
• Collect survey information to improve our services.

What we do with the information we have

We use the information that you have given us in order to facilitate our contractual obligation of delivering your items to you, provide training for our staff & Collect survey information to improve our services.

We may share this information with TrustPilot and other market survey providers in order to collect feedback and improve our services.

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored with our courier fulfilment provider Journease SaaS, you can view their privacy policy here: Journease-software-privacy-document.pdf.

For the purposes of delivery fulfilment your contact information may also be stored on delivery labels which are surrendered to you upon delivery and on delivery paperwork which is held on site and destroyed when the maximum data retention timeframe elapses.

We keep your order information and contact details for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by digital deletion of data and on-site destruction of paperwork.
